We offer a variety of temperature-controlled freight forwarding services that facilitate our international export shipments from our temperature-controlled warehouse located near Heathrow Airport, whether by air, road, or sea. Our warehouse is fully licensed by the MHRA and features temperature mapping for both ambient and cold chain storage capabilities. We provide all essential documentation, including Air Waybills, Certificates of Origin, and Bills of Lading, to prevent delays in customs clearance

As part of our service a committed Account Manager will be assigned to personally assist with any questions or requirements you may have from the first point of contact to dispatch. We fully endeavour to ensure the Doctor or Pharmacist receive their required medicine quickly and safely so they can supply their patient with the product they urgently need when working with our approved Partners in the relevant country.
We only use the best quality packaging to fully protect your goods, including using the correct labelling as being fragile, or hazardous etc.
With temperature sensitive items we always use validated cold chain packaging along with good distribution practices that includes data loggers to provide a full temperature audit of your shipment.
To ease your burden we can liaise with your shipping agent or nominated courier company for collections with all required documentation.
